cant imagine ppl who jam at mex highway daily, both way jam.

mainly jam at SK enter MEX, Bkt Jalil enter MEX, MEX exit to Kuchai Lama and jam starts usually after 7am.
i usually keluar rumah around 6.00-6.20am, 35min++ sampai TTDI.

everywhere also jam la, LDP jam, Elite/NKVE/NSE jam, MEX jam, etc.

True but if you have no choice but to use MEX and bangun lewat, gone case. Its much better if you have alternative jalans.

all alternative also jam. apa boleh buat. pick the 1 that is jam but is the fastest to reach among the other jam route

Any idea of the location for phase 2?

If I'm not wrong, Aqila total only 76 or 78 units located in between Aiora and Anira. It was splited into two phases (or more idk). Phase 1 should be 24 units only.
