My unit facing the lake at Arina is at 617k after rebates. 40k different only

I am lucky to get all kind of rebates which end up need to pay only 3k. I chose arina instead of a house in sunsuria right after my SA informed me of arina’s final row release.

Banyak jalan berlubang, sampah sepanjang jalan, Construction waste dump everywhere, guard house macam rumah kongsi, jogging together with stray dogs at elmina garden. At bbr pula bila hujan rumah will be like floating chalet. Quality rumah byk crack and piping problem pun banyak.

ERL is fine, it is not LRT/MRT where it gets noisy - that's why they have to put the sound barrier  along the lines that transverse the city areas, like the ones in front of Empire Subang

The train moves fast, just a few seconds for it to pass, and the line doesnt curve too much in that there would be little metal to metal friction (which causes the sound you get when the LRT/MRT goes through a curved track)

The mrt line is only less than 100 meters away from my balcony and bedroom. My unit on 10th floor and mrt line same level with the 7th floor. I can still sleep like a baby. No complain from the other residents too.

SDP sales staff said that it will be opened in june. Amani key handover in march. Most of the residents will occupy thieir houses in May or June. I just hope that there wont be any new simpang puaka in future.

In 2018, i was offered cheapest unit for sunsuria monet at 688k and serenia amani at below 550k. Almost same build up. Sunsuria is strata and need to pay maintenance fee.

Some of my bumi friends also need to pay 7%. Because bumi quota is quite limited.
