in term of price range is cheaper than sunsuria city a lot

if watching the serenia city master plan, they still need to use that main road to access to HVO , Xiaman University & salak tinggi ECRL.
i have to say it quite far for xiamen student....

if sunsuria landed, they can use the sunsuria own brand bicycle, bus or walk to school.

that sunsuria price is getting cracy, monet spring launch price is 800k ~ 1.2k (smallest 20x70 layout)

if buy and rent have to be sunsuria city..

warisan puteri and serenia macam too far to walk/cycle.

serenia, sunsuria city, warisan puteri,HV suites all leverage on xiamen uni, ERL, mayun digital hub, KLIA1-2,MexHighway extention 2, HVO and Korea Village (doubt they will build this).

in term of location, sunsuriacity>serenia>warisan puteri.

in term of bargain of price, warisan puteri>serenia >sunsuriacity.

it is so headache to choose!

Monet Spring is in the best location among the others (nearest to Xiamen even compare to the olive), I would say it good to rent out (4 room) / own stay.

for Serenia, the student need to have car/bike... harder to rent out but own stay definitely cheaper than others project.

sunsuria own the land infront of salat tinggi ERL.. imagine (might or might not happen) they build several office tower + supermarket + high class resident as per that master plan, the appreciation of sunsuria landed going to be better.

if Serenia want to success, they need sunsuria to success before them.

1) you have to buy a house from sunsuria 1st, and sign S&P.
2) after that you refer 1st buyer, after the 1st buyer sign S&P, get RM5k
3) then u refer 2nd buyer, after 2nd buyer sign S&P, get RM8k.

That sunsuria agent told me Xiamen have a plan to rent the monet series for their lecturer and staff, coz some currently stay in hostel with student (not yeng).

still dunno how it turn out in future.

now those professor stay at those landed house near by, some student rent at that area also.

rent out at least can cover loan principle ... dmg 2 prop? dont buy good furniture la.

source for good tenant, those lecturer n proffessional ok one.
