Started having problems after I updated to KitKat 4.4.2. My Note 2 would randomly restart and one day, it just hang on the boot up screen.

Same case here with Whatsapp and FB messenger. Takes a long time to open and my iPhone speakers are faulty (really low volume even at max setting).

I'm also tempted to get ready stock now but trying to wait. It's a daily battle. Concerned about warranty issues and unit exchanges. So that's why I'm waiting it out.

The other dilemma I have is that I just changed jobs and DiGi signal has blind spots at my new workplace. Thinking of porting to Maxis and hence waiting for local Telco pricing and plans. Saw the new Maxis plan but 2GB seems abit sad for Internet quota though for RM 128/month

I feel that people saying iOS is super smooth and lag free is a bit of a stretch. I have seen areas where my S4 is sometimes smoother than my 6+. Notification on my 6+ stutters while trying to swipe away if I have lots of notifications. The 'Today' view is horrendously laggy sometimes especially if you have a few apps. I just turn on Wunderlist and Calendar to avoid lag for this. I notice that things are generally smoother on the 5S than on the 6+ (Blame it on the pixels). Anyway iOS in general has some up sides to it. I think it's the fastest to launch the camera and generally very fluid. Apple still has to optimise the OS further.

A bit off initial topic: Have you guys experience sudden slowdown for the wifi? It's been getting on my nerves. Also the range of my WiFi is a bit of a letdown. No problems with devices before the 6+.

I do feel some minor lag on my iPhone 6+ but I can accept it as very minor. When I posted this n said my Note4 doesn't experience such lag, I got bombed over it!!
My WiFi so far at home and at 3 cafe outlets seems fine without those breaking up issues

not a problem for my friend's S5 he commented...lol don't have to be bias le .. every phone has it own good and bad, pros and cons ...

and for most of the iphone user... like me, from 4,4s,5,5s,6 ... you must admit that iphone has lose his magical touch .. not as good as before... probably because competitor is catching up right now ...

learn to use everything... every gadget has it pros and cos..don't be katak di dalam tempurung .... u only limit yourself to learn....

It's very ahhhh when your fingers can fly over the keyboard and the phone just simply keeps up no matter how fast you go!

All those years that you were little bit jealous over the bigger screen size of the iphone 5, siri, new thin cable that can let you plug in whichever way, slow mo recording, fast response times are finally over once you upgrade.

You get six rows of apps on a single screen. SIX! That's an extra two rows! This is a bigger leap than from 4 to 5! (Yes I know you can count but still)

I'm looking for extra iphone cables. What's a good cheap brand? I see RM20 VCOM cable and one brand "original accessories" brand with yellow zebra stripes.

Will they work well?

Any review in performance ip6 & ip6 plus gaming? Any issue persist . Heat, frame rate drop , lag ??

hahaha your description of the ip4 keyboard the funny thing is although there's massive delay everything you typed is still recorded, just annoying when you typed something wrong ok time to stop the ip4 discussion

I think their based on the price of SG set. If 16GB start at 2749 then imported set will be cheaper from Malaysia set.

Well, the figures come from past year iphone 5 prices. Also, if the 16GB were gonna be 2749, then there is no reason to reduce the price of the 5S right? You can't be selling 5S and 6 16GB at the same price.


I got the "original accessories" cable and found them working, except one major problem: They don't fit in the bumper. : I was too tired to think to check.

I definitely cannot saw or sandpaper the hole to make it bigger since that will mean that the aluminium outer bumper will break up. There's a hole that is in the aluminium frame of the bumper, and very very little piece of metal that keeps the aluminum frame together.

Solution is to either buy new bumper with big port holes, or buy ori cables.

if the tempered glass at 0.3mm..is it too thick as a screen protector? i dont like the gap between home button and the screen >.<

i bought from him before too.. lasted me 6 months before it failed to read again.. cable is still in mint condition, just unable to read anymore.. now using romoss.. RM28 each.. 1 month usage n still good to go.. not sure how long it can last... my original apple cable used for almost 2 years.. still good..

it will depends on the home button cut out.. so far, for imos, none of the users complain 0.3mm too thick.. the only feedback for being too thick is those using Dot view case for HTC one m8 and e8. But then, now they make an option of 0.2mm which works perfectly fine with dot view.
So, it really depends on the quality of the cut out for the home button.

Anyone with their 6/6+ experiencing wifi drop issue on ios 8.0.2? I did a clean restore and reset network settings and still my wifi keeps dropping. I'm using an asus ac router....

any ?
