amendment can be done. but at the end the buyer need to accepted the amendment also. certain project might need longer duration due to complexity or higher floors sometimes

  depends, i got a friend , alot defect when he VP his condo at Jalan Kuching,  he decide only complain water leaking only,sold his unit upon vp n make RM100k+ above profit,  his installment cost him almost 3k+/month, and developer need 2 months to fix ,it is not worth lerrr my 3 cents, if not serious  tutup Mata , got a aunty friend complain banyak even scratches in door even rugi few months drag with developer     , if you gonna throw down the kitchen cabinet or renovate your house no point seriously,  before when i purchase a Teres house, bank drawdown slow in last stage i kena rm400+ i almost wan   boom the bank but still ok cos they give me free TV in lucky draw , in Life give n take loh....

1.how about Supplementary agreement for carpark ? do they need amend to if any changes before CCC if they swap the numbering of allocation before SPA stamping?
2.how about if carpark park is with the unit itself means together with SPA

I am a fresh graduate in quantity surveying and just about to discover the real world.I wanted to ask if my destination is to be a contractor,which path should I started off ? working in main contractor or consulting quantity surveyor firm?I would like to learn the tendering process and know how the contractor work out the rate.need advice from experts.Thanks

main contractor tender department. but not easy and tough. tender period usually short and u need to work extra hour to finish b4 deadline.

yes. it's good too. consulting qs got tender and post contract qs too. consulting qs firm u dealing v main contractor and several subcontractor (nominated subcontractor) more proper for qs.

what would you suggest the most effective way for me if were given the two options and career path like this to becoming a contractor/sub-contractor:

1.CQS->Main contractor site/2.Main contractor contract department->main contractor site?
