Not really lah ! Actually not yet open for sales yet just that i know it coming soon, high possibly before end of the year, so what not yet sell how to late ? Now only register of interest stage.

Anyway is for investment so not crucial if missed it also, unlike people who have no house yet or people who have house previously but sold of to gamble price will come down, now hold small sum of money cannot afford to buy for own stay.. hehe

Never mind lah ! Me no fan of ice cream anyway, most if not all asian had certain degree of lactose intolerance, to much milk not good for our stomach, anyway which outlet you work in ? Dont think that will happen gua. I believe msian property buyer are steady enough to ride the wave. As long as no fire sales and flippers able to sustain interest repayment for up to 2-3 years during cooldown we should do just fine.

I am a long term bull on this sector but i think at this point the market need some breathing space to prevent a collaspe. If we keep uuu surely one day it will go ddd.

This is the determination factor. Believe it will need as little as 5% to 10% unsustainable to tip over.

U think onli? Not every one has holding power like u. On and off bearbear will repo some property. On and off some some prop will be auctioned. No flipperz can sustain even 2-3 months installmnt. Market collapsing fast & furious. Crash nxt year accordin to bearbear. Fire sales begin nxt year with many dead chickens for bearbear to select. He is buyin nxt year.

You missed out science class ah ? diabetic is glucose intolerance, lactose intolerance is merely indigestion & upset stomach after consuming to much dairy product.

Why do you think now ah pig ah dog company also abandoned their core business & jump in to property development business ? You can says is only business guaranteed profit kao2, which other business you know can collect money 3-4 years in advance before deliver final goods, which other investment you know only need to pay 10% downpayment then 30-40% profit upon VP ?

Offcoz need to work mah, even i win lottery still need to work mah, how to borrow from bank if no proven monthly income ? Like u meh after sell 2 property too early thought can shake leg quite job go study, but end up money earn can't afford to go into market again as price continue fast & furious, now have to sell ice cream to survive.. kakaka

DP always got lah, my target always sub 500K one, just need to wait till soft launch, secondary is more for own stays while new launch for investment purpose.

That why we suggests meet up at your ice creams stall to talk further mah.
