Russia's central bank has raised its key interest rate to 9.5% from 8% as it seeks to tackle inflation.

Interest rate need not climb in step of 0.25% quarterly.

DP & Bank loan no problem, can't choose between closer to city smaller unit & slight further bigger unit...hmm

So when bull run ended ? i also very tired chasing the bull, seem like this is Energizer bull or nuclear powered bull, keep on going & going.

US & Spain bull last 5 years only, our bull 6th year still going strong, no sign of slowing down nor stop.

If uuu claimed property price tripled in last 3 years is true, your indecisiveness could have costed you enormously.

The longer and higher the bull run, the harder the fall. Come it will be and always earlier than expected.

This is an endless debate.

To know the true temperature of the market, just gather a few opinions from property agents, developers and banker and you will know the market sentiment.

My own opinion there will be no bubble bursting, but definitely a market cool down or slight correction and slower transactions.

Assuming we are always trailing Singapore in terms of bull and bear run, then you can expect what is happening to them now somewhere in our near future.
