QUOTE(Stamp @ Nov 1 2015, 05:26 PM) No I beg to differ. It is mandatory for the govt to compensate the land's owner if the govt acquires the land for public use. A friend who's house was located near the main road was acquired by the govt because it wanted to widen the road from 2 lane to 4 lane. The govt compensated my friend for having to give up part of his land to the govt. Only the amount of compensation need to be worked out between the owner and the govt. Sorry to write something off topic. QUOTE(HELLO HELLO @ Nov 1 2015, 05:50 PM) Mean the govt still need to pay. If under govt project. The govt may lay hand on it. This type of matter I don't think govt will bother and waste energy. Just better wait until the owner want to develop the land. Then they talk. By give out part of the land In exchange can increase the unit density. Etc etc. everything can discuss. I think we just need to be patient and wait for it....the road connection will come...if not next year, then maybe 3 or 4 years down....no big deal, just a little inconvenient...there is an alternative road to the Silk highway. This exactly same case as g residence at happy garden. Part of the land cannot be touch to make way for road. they got no choice just do part of the road and the other part wait till the g resi developer start to submit the project and require them to give out part of the land for road. The road only open after 3 years when g resi vp. As a owner of the land i don't think the land owner will allow it. Unless the govt compensate him. Or he can use it as good bargain with govt. This type of situation I don't think govt will waste their time and money for this. Unless is some national mega project or govt project. Even if there is no connection at all, is also ok, less traffic using the road fronting WOTP....more serene and peaceful for us all. |

QUOTE(urb7 @ Oct 29 2015, 07:58 PM) About 80 units remaining (sized from 1,792 Sqft, 2,095 sqft & 2,497 sqft), priced from RM1.0m – RM1.4m exclusive of 8% rebates. That's quite a lot of stock ! Wow, so big sizes from 1,792 to 2,497 sq ft, thats very huge and comfortable living. But at such price tag in this location, I think it's not easy to clear unless more discount given out. Thats already RM 560 psf bfore 8% rebates, the landscape must be sibeh nice. |

QUOTE(WilberSc @ Oct 29 2015, 01:34 PM) Ya, aberdeen gor, totally agreed to you... Now still early to judge as they are working hard to rush to meet for VP. Moreover, for more confirm information on strata title & VP date. It would be better to check with SDB instead of wild guess... So fast VP son, when was the first batch of S&P signed?Anyway, we can estimate is around end of this year for getting key. Just not sure exact date. VP after CNY next year is better than end of this year unless rushing to move in asap. |

The connecting road to Mercedes will come. The barrier at the light industry side already open up. Perhaps they are waiting to connect that side.

But at this area think Susah to find this type tenants. At seni mk smallest unit start from 2400sf+. Quite a number expat family rent there. Per month rental no less than rm8k. Minimum semi furnish. Coz all unit come with semi furnish. Yes, Wotp Best for own stay. And thanks for the picture army gor! This post has been edited by HELLO HELLO: Nov 1 2015, 08:44 PM |

QUOTE(SalvationArmy @ Nov 1 2015, 07:51 PM) Army kor, your pics gave me a very good first impression of the WOTP car park. It looks like it has a bright and airy environment, friendly too with the signages, for both the residents and visitors. The car park width and ramp width looks comfortable even for the bigger cars and column are well spaced out with few obstructions to easy movement of cars... |
