This exactly same case as g residence at happy garden. Part of the land cannot be touch to make way for road. they got no choice just do part of the road and the other part wait till the g resi developer start to submit the project and require them to give out part of the land for road. The road only open after 3 years when g resi vp. As a owner of the land i don't think the land owner will allow it. Unless the govt compensate him. Or he can use it as good bargain with govt.

This type of situation I don't think govt will waste their time and money for this. Unless is some national mega project or govt project.

I think we just need to be patient and wait for it....the road connection will come...if not next year, then maybe 3 or 4 years down....no big deal, just a little inconvenient...there is an alternative road to the Silk highway.
Even if there is no connection at all, is also ok, less traffic using the road fronting WOTP....more serene and peaceful for us all.

Should be for water tank. Can check back the built model. Not much different just only the top floor balcony ceiling much higher.

Wow, so big sizes from 1,792 to 2,497 sq ft, thats very huge and comfortable living. But at such price tag in this location, I think it's not easy to clear unless more discount given out. Thats already RM 560 psf bfore 8% rebates, the landscape must be sibeh nice.

The connecting road to Mercedes will come. The barrier at the light industry side already open up. Perhaps they are waiting to connect that side.

Ya big and spacious. Imo Especially 2000+sf unit is the best... If only can afford. Those 2400sf above unit just too big When compare 2 show units last time. Maybe different pipu different taste.

Maybe only luxury condo cum huge built size in this area so far.

The economics of a big sized condo is such that it is unsuitable to be rented out, hence I think WOTP will be bought mostly for own stay. smile.gif

Got... But at this area think Susah to find this type tenants. At seni mk smallest unit start from 2400sf+. Quite a number expat family rent there. Per month rental no less than rm8k. Minimum semi furnish. Coz all unit come with semi furnish.

Yes, Wotp Best for own stay.

Army kor, your pics gave me a very good first impression of the WOTP car park. It looks like it has a bright and airy environment, friendly too with the signages, for both the residents and visitors. The car park width and ramp width looks comfortable even for the bigger cars and column are well spaced out with few obstructions to easy movement of cars... rclxms.gif
