paint also can change the statuz look.

tat why those condo more than 10year; require repaint to look fresh again.

WOTP, that commercial center in C180 very happening many shops, that steamboat full house, ong di that place...you guys benefit jusco sumore..

Ya. Cimb bank confirmed coming to c180 also. hopefully this area keep ong-ing. become cheras south town center. Mrt1 station also not far from c180.

this area sure boom, waiting the row of new shops iun front of lavinne and colombia hospital boom then all nice and going, opposite there, the temple there, tan ming building more shops, with silk sky, silk reidence, WOTP, almerin mall and not forgetting clould 3, this place will be good, can go bandar mahkota, sg besi, mines area and etc..

I'm more excited on the nearby IOI City Mall (10-15mins drive from Balakong).
Opening early next month!

i think IOI city mall will do well as its a megamall with fantastic catchment nearby kajang putra cyber serdang balakong cheras south semenyih u name it..

it will be the sunway pyramid of d south..

Velocity ikea mytown n TRX will also be another hub for malls in cheras.. so wotp got good mega mall districts coming up nearby
