And actually I'm quite piss off with the details floor plan for my unit at block E. Ask agent, agent said need to get from Zalam, ask Zalam, Zalam said agent who prepare it...

SPA only has the overall measurement, doesn't show the length of every wall in details.
Block A to D has it as attached here. Still not sure why Block E doesn't has it, Zalam is denying and saying agent prepared this details floor plan but agent said should be prepared by developer. I will inquire further from developer, developer should have it or else how are they building our unit.. really fed up getting the floor plan. Already there is no show unit, getting a floor plan also this difficult, Zalam need to improve their services lah.

colour or not is not important to me, at least provide me the measurement inside.
there will be variance from the plan and completed project, it should be spell out in SPA, thus you can't sue them. my current apartment lesser by half a ft compare to floor plan, you just have to accept it.

Any owner of Block A 1.5k sf unit here? Been to the sales gallery, might be getting mine soon. Would be awesome if i know any future neighbours of the same block around here.
