Seriously, I think if they want to sell this O'Hako project, they need to focus on their unique selling points, being the first Japanese developer stepping into Malaysia market, creating a unique life styles for the Malaysian people to experience Japanese Culture etc.

Things they can change and introduce:

(1) Train their Sales Staff with right information
(2) Revise their sales and marketing plan
(3) Address more unique selling points (e.g Japanese ways of life, kaizen, zen life, sushi sashimi, Japanese library, Japanese kimono, samurai etc.)
(4) address the traffic issues at Jalan Pipit

Things that they can't change:

(1) Move cemeteries
(2) Move Klang river

That's my opinion - peace out 

Agree, their web site is so good that I almost pay the booking fee on the spot until I recalled there is a cemetary there

The things I do might not benefit myself, but at least it can help to give some information to others. What do you think a forum is for? If keep highlighting the pros and not the cons, we can just straight go and ask a SA, why waste time discussing here?

You personally don't think malay cemetry is an issue, then good thing for Ohako lo, at least another buyer 

Yea, I am an ex-buyer. And I suffered RM200 lost because I made a booking in this project before finding out the cemetry. I do not hope the others experience the same too. Out of curiosity, what are your status in this project? Buyer? SA? Or?

Ohako sales office reminds people of the cemetry? Let me share something with you, previously when I found out about this cemetry thing ONLINE, I consulted my SA. The SA said there is no such thing and ask me to relax. Later on I made a map more or less like yours and posted it here, then I found out the SA is using my map and altered it. The SA even send the map to my friend (who deal with the same SA) and say Ohako not affected. Tell me, how trustworthy are they?

Stated in previous post before, i'm buyer, you should spread this info to all projects around, not only O'hako. Most SA want sales only, thus they will hide anything cons of the projects from you, do your homework.
