Dun lie to urself adi la...Ohako's Tower A pool view is facing the graveyard, no matter how, the graveyard is gonna appear in your eyesight. And no point comparing to others, you are buying Ohako.

Ask yourself...if this property takes you that much of time to consider...is it really what you want? There are still others project out there bro...dun leave the forest for just 1 tree   

bcz nt all buyer know about the GOOD VIEW.. as i pass by before the booth promoting ohako.. they didnt mention the good view.. until i asked.. then they said only left side.. right side is fine..

The developer don't get it... The issue is there is a huge cemetery nearby!! It is not you see it or not... Problem is  Chinese don't like it and investor don't like it. Period. People will concern when letting the property go will have problem as now... Why put your hard earn $$ into this project while there are a lot of other property out there.. Unless this project is super cheap, then there will be people taking the risk..
