The only thing worth noting is that there is a bridge from taylor's college bridging to the jalan pipit side.

Unless, mass development of the connectivity and assessibility like the brown colour proposed road sign to Taylors Uni via Sunway route, its interesting but should be more if really want to have such lifestyle and premium pricing in Puchong.
