Kudos to John Taro for attempting & trying so hard to make his buyers forget about the 10+5 acres cemetery.

As you all know, he's doing his best to salvage his existing buyers at the moment.
A lot of them still don't know about the existence of the Muslim cemetery.

Funny thing is, buyers are dumb enough to be hoodwinked by him.

Maybe its all the freebies and so-called promises he's making. Monthly events.

If I am still a buyer, I would take whatever I can during this time when he's trying his best to please his buyers.

By covering up with freebies, facilities, beautification etc

The whole world knows that all or rather most of the IT-savvy buyers found out about the Muslim Cemetery themselves via Lowyat or Internet.

When Marimo SA / Management is questioned, do you expect them to deny and say "No lah, no lah. Not true"

Open Talks aka "Private Sessions"are just damage limitation exercises. Put yourself in John Taro's shoes for a day, what would you do? If he does not do this, more people will cancel. And surprisingly enough many are 'silly' enough to be hoodwinked into thinking that by John Taro doing / giving so wonderful many things the 10 acre Muslim cemetery will just dissappear miraculously once O'Hako is completed.

Unless I am blind or partially blind, I don't see any official messages on their Facebook page or even their website informing the buyers about the recently discovered 10 acre Muslim Cemetery at PJS 4.

So how is the above "Making Effort ke, Made Effort ke"?

If customers find out and ask, they will give all sorts of silly reasons / explainations hoping that they will buy the story.
Apart from that, they can only sit at home / Sales Gallery and pray hard that no one else stumbles upon this piece of information on the Internet.

Are you saying that they have now replaced the existing location map with a newer version which actually highlights the newly discovered cemetery?
I was told there is actually another piece of Muslim cemetery in the vicinity, apart from the existing 15 acres.

2. No offence but I don't think you are a first time buyer?
Irregardless of whatever reason, Marimo has the responsibility to refund the RM 4800 because the buyer has already agreed to burn RM 200 in the event he does not proceed to purchase the unit that was booked.
What has this got to do with "honest approach, and grant refunds for all that change their mind due to any reason including cemetery"

Today if you walk in and say

"Hello SA, Ï want a refund because got Muslim cemetery.If Chinese cemetery I still can accept , but since its Muslim Cemetery then I have no choice but to abort this purchase"

Marimo has no choice but to refund you the RM 4800!
