I think it base on how much you need the laptop now j guess . If you can wait for the Ramadan offer then wait for it . But , if you're gonna go to lowyat I don't think there will much reduction tot but I might wrong on this .

Guys, wanna check what is the battery capacity for the latest GE63VR 8RE? And how long can the battery last if just using it for normal MS words, excel, browsing? Does this model support intel optimus?

And is there any news that MSI llan to bring in the GS63VR for the 8th gen processor?

Well, normal laptop running on battery saver and only use for MS word etc, it can last at least about 2 hour above. Right now i think only handful people have the newest model.

not sure of the accurate life span, but yeah i think it will lasts for about 2 hours+ ba if its just for working purpose. Or you can on battery saver too, it will lasts longer.

Anyone GE63VR (7th or 8th gen) user here?

Just wanna get some suggestion/opinion for this model, pros & cons....

Been wanting to change to a new laptop for months, waiting from 7th gen til 8th gen Intel processor....

Initially wanted a slim profile laptop, but after searching/surveying, I guess have to give & take for the current option available in the market...

Yo, I did a little review for this model for Raider 7th Gen and have been using it since. First of all, do you really need a 8th Gen processor for your work? If no, better stick with 7th Gen where it's cheaper (current price).
If you only wanted to game, 7th gen more than enough. Although the new 8th Gen GE Raider have some more cool stuff in it.

You did mention want to have a slim profile, well if your budget allow, you can go for GS65. It's quite a good laptop from my buddies. I not yet able to do a review on it, waiting to get one for my office use then i will write a review for it.

I can sure with that too, i asked the shop and there's a post by MSI saying they have new stock coming and available pre-order too. I remember yesterday they have the stock.

2nd - out of budget
3rd - speaker no so loud, and battery might be costly when need to be replace~
