Wah...oledy got more than 20 ppl queue for sEH for 600k landed..i think this will make some ppl feel very disapointed as they thought no more BBB....those cannot afford, only can jealous jealous...especially for those earn 4k and lesser, hard for them to afford to buy semenyih SEH, most likely their saving also not enough to pay the downpayment...

If Calc by exam consider pass 4x% I think really disapointed by phase 1 buyer. They can price increase like rocket.doomdoom maybe will more potential buyer will come to buy.
