SEH and EM are on par township, though they have slight difference in terms of land title, design and amenities..

But I would say both township are equally great...

Still same thing from me, connecting bypass not ready yet, so far that's the ONLY main road go out from Semenyih now, unless you go in Lekas through Jalan Bangi, which is not convenient and jalan sempit.

without proof? ask buyers to take round in mahkota hills, semeyih parklands alleged commercial activity... and bandar tasik kesuma, how to have commercial activity? got enough occupants?
