The hardest part..is bartonia worth the extra 17k compared to begonia?

Begonia 3 bedroom 3 bathroom got backyard
Bellucia 4 bedroom 3 bathroom no backyard

Not all people like strata title lah kawan, depend on individual preference...

Strata cannot do external renovation, not all people can accept it...

Lol... Kajang east, what kind of amenities available there? So close to the Lekas also didn't build a connecting road so that can skip the Jalan Semenyih stretch along the Sunway Semenyih...

how to commercial activity? that one so far , TTdi kajang shops both side of highway also dead like fish? 1 7 eleven if open in semenyih dead city will be considered rampant commercial activity

these areas are not within few minutes to SEH? where is your map and waze report? only take near to good amenities? to bad amenities ignored?
