my 10x swipe is counted within 1st to 30th(last day of the month)? or it will follow bill cycle?
*
Nope, it is posted from 1st to 28, 29, 30 or 31st of that month.
To make it clearer, you did rm950 (> 10 transactions) for the first 25 days(example), you did the last transaction on 28th of that month but only posted on 1st next month, so you will be only getting rm95 of cash back.

here's as simple as it gets, i hope biggrin.gif

Activate Cashback: 10x RM50 transactions, anything, everything
10% Cashback: Any transactions with MCC within chosen+bonus categories.

example:
You can have 1000x RM50 transactions, but the 10% cashback (RM100 cap/limit) still depends on whether the transactions falls within categories.

Haha, yup this is clear with your explanation

Thank you very much : )

Thinking to apply for this card... Any other promotions concurrently running with the cabin luggage bag recently? So that can maximize the freebies...! Thanks!

Card holders of HLB, the AF can be waived right? As for GST? Total bill of 6%? So in a way I only get to claim back 4%?

Or if anyone knows how the GST works on card, please do me know. Thank you in advance. icon_rolleyes.gif

chances of waive is LOW.

GST only applicable to Annual Fee: RM160 for Gold and RM300 for Platinum. After GST, payable Annual Fee is RM160+9.60 (Gold) and RM300+18 (Platinum)

Your cashback is not affected nor your spending using the card.

Thank you so much for the clarifications. So you mentioned about Gold and Platinum, what about HL Wise Card? Do that card have any AF? Last time my sister told me there's no AF on her account. Not sure if is special case or what? hmm.gif

Wise card HAS annual fee.

It's only free first year if you are new to bank (i.e. never held a HLB or its subsidiary's credit card before in the past 12 months).

what's what i did too smile.gif

no time to visit branch or booth. fill up the form, the agent will call you in 1-2 days. they'll do some quick verifications with about your income, etc etc. then brief you about the card's features, T&Cs, cashback, etc etc.

they will then advise you to prepare documents, e.g. epf printout, payslips, etc

then they email you the card brochure, application form, etc etc biggrin.gif

fill all up, and email back to the agent. they will call you back to followup and verify your documents.
