Hi, does anyone know why I can't pay TM bill anymore using WISE card through "Hong Leong Bank Connect"? The error code i get is (7189). FYI, i have enough credit limit for the bill payment and i still can pay in February 2015. March and April i was not able to pay anymore.

if 10x RM50 (any transactions) already achieved, then you've 'activated' the cashback for the chosen categories (Petrol/Utilities) + bonus category (Mobile)

be mindful that transactions eligible for cashback MUST matches MCC... NOT just simply any utilities/petrol (inside counter).

the 10x min rm50 can be achieved with transaction in any categories. but cb only based on selected categories.

example (based on your petrol+utilities+mobile):
transaction 1: rm10 petrol
transaction 2: rm50 utilities
transaction 3: rm50 mobile

transaction 5: rm100 petrol
transaction 6: rm40 petrol
transaction 7: rm50 utilities
transaction 8: rm50 mobile

your cb will be rm55 based on rm550 transactions on selected categories.

Okay understand for cash back for RM55, but based on transaction above the selected categories, i only fulfill 8 transaction (utilities & petrol & Mobile), or I count wrongly??

means dining and grocery counted to activate your 10% cb but not qualified to be credited for cb.

Now I get it, as long as the transaction is spend under categories, it can be active the 10% cask back but CB is given based on 2 categories I selected...

my 10x swipe is counted within 1st to 30th(last day of the month)? or it will follow bill cycle?

10% Cashback: Any transactions with MCC within chosen+bonus categories.

example:
You can have 1000x RM50 transactions, but the 10% cashback (RM100 cap/limit) still depends on whether the transactions falls within categories.
