New member reporting in!

I just got my card, and send the msg to 33188 for activation, but keep on sending fail. I am pretty sure not network issue, as i can call and text others.

Anyone know why? Or is there any other activation method?

What network you're using? Those 6 digit numbers sometimes limited only to the Big 3 (Maxis, Celcom, Digi) or Big 4 (+Umobile). Normally all the other carries cannot send to those numbers.

to activate via sms, your phone number must be the same as per what you registered in your application form. otherwise, you need to call cs to activate.

After I done payment for my first bill was success, then I want proceed with second payment.. then unable to login already... "This channel access has been disable for the user" doh.gif

I try call to Maxis to reset PIN... after reset still same...

ok, first time registration ....

Step 1 & Step 2 (account & billing info): the name & mobile number of maxis account (my sis'). For the email, i put mine so that i receive notifications via email. SMS notification went to the maxis number (my sis') In short, both of us receiving notifications once payment completed smile.gif

Step 3 (card info): my details (since i'm using my card)


i only made 1 payment since this is Bill 1 (RM15.30 only) after port-in. next month would only be able to make split payment. sweat.gif

received the card since yesterday.
btw ytd i ady sms for my gsc card & wise card activation,normally have to wait how long oni can use?just now i called to the number listed in the booklet then according to the system it mentioned that my card has been activated.actually i call that number twice for gsc and wise card^^" but oni received 1 msg about my hong leong bank credit card activation. so it mean oni 1 card activated or both?

cant wait to use the card to buy movie tickets lol~

usually 2-4 hours after your activation can start to use already.

u no need to key in "correct" bill number...
eg:12345 will also get through and payment will received.

just make sure u paying correct account number.

for TNB.... tested and worked for many many months...

98% canot waived..(although some one manage get)

dont forget add GST ya.. Annual fee+6%...
