I think their system got problem...
After I done payment for my first bill was success, then I want proceed with second payment.. then unable to login already... "This channel access has been disable for the user"
I try call to Maxis to reset PIN... after reset still same...
ok, first time registration ....
Step 1 & Step 2 (account & billing info): the name & mobile number of maxis account (my sis'). For the email, i put mine so that i receive notifications via email. SMS notification went to the maxis number (my sis') In short, both of us receiving notifications once payment completed

Step 3 (card info): my details (since i'm using my card)
i only made 1 payment since this is Bill 1 (RM15.30 only) after port-in. next month would only be able to make split payment.
