As far as I understand the Gsc card is a cc, not a debit card. So no need to put any money.
I have used it more than 10 times, so far encountered issue once at ticket counter in gsc when their system down.

just curious.

how do i use pay.maxis and pay my sister's Maxis account

(aka paying on-behalf of my sis' Maxis line using my HLB Wise card?)

1) the phone number should be my sis' Maxis number?
2) how about billing info (name, address, email)? my sis' address?

I'm currently setting up/registering pay.maxis and it wanted to charge RM1.00. Should i proceed?

I think you can pay "anyone's Maxis account" via that portal.
From the website : You can pay for any postpaid bill by entering the mobile number or the account number.

The RM1 is "pre-authorization" to verify your CC only... you won't be charge

Stick to pay.maxis.com.my is better, it's maxis own portal, no extra charge, and payment reflect in your maxis account instantly.

Well, Maxis CS instructed me to use the website to pay when I asked about the online payment method. You can view all your invoices, payment history, data usage, upgrade or downgrade your package, etc. Just a backup website for you guys in case what happened to UOB Payonline affected Maxis pay. The payment is reflected in the account immediately as well.
