I used at Isetan grocery thinking to see if can get 10% or risk losing 2%(MBB2). So I went for 10%, but now seems like it becomes a one transaction counter, and thats all I get. Haha blush.gif blush.gif

It was more than RM500. Lol... I lost 9 counts ans got only 1 count. Anyway, no big deal la. Still can easily fulfill the 9 counts.

Shoooooot!! I think I missed the January's rebate! Just checked HLB online and found that my transactions are not posted! Anyone use PayOnline on or after 27th Jan? Any problem?

These are the transactions I have done:
27th Jan : Made 3 transactions via MaxisPay Online using Wise card > Received confirmation email on 27th > All 3 transactions posted on 27th.
27th Jan : Made 5 TNB transactions via UOB PayOnline using Wise card > Received confirmation email on 27th > NONE transactions posted til today.
27th Jan : Made 1 HLB Life Insurance via UOB PayOnline using RHB VS card > Received confirmation email on 28th > NONE transactions posted til today.
27th Jan : Made another 5 TNB transactions via UOB PayOnline using Wise card > Received confirmation email on 28th > NONE transactions posted til today.

All transactions are done between 5:30am to 8:00am.

My all previous transactions never faced this issue. Referring to the 3rd and 4th items, also wonder why I only receive the confirmation one day later while 1st and 2nd received on the same day. Notice the inconsistency there.

And the worst part is I missed the rebate as a whole! flex.gif vmad.gif mad.gif

UPDATE: Just checked TNB online and found that all the payments are not updated on TNB website, so I supposed the transactions never gone through. But how come I received the Approved email from PayOnline. Dang....... rclxub.gif

My TNB billing date is 25th/26th so i can't pay any earlier. Another alternative is to pay later in the following month.

No I don't agree. For many months I never have any issues with HLB for transactions on the last week of the month. If u read my case properly, u would notice it's most likely PayOnline screwed up the transactions. If it was HLB problem, then why RHB transaction also never captured?

That is because your consumption is on average +-rm20 every month but mine can be as low as rm500 or as high rm3200. So ur assumption is not a smart move in mine.

And I see u always highlight 8.25% "actual" cash back which is not actual at all. Please don't confuse anymore new user as you have just confused one.
#1 not every is using gold.
#2 not everyone will use more than one year. If use one year or less then cancel, cashback is still 10% or may be even more.

Indeed you are right, as some people prefer to hold platinum card rather than gold card, just to show off. My calculation is based on cheapskate's gold card and being charged rm210 from 2nd year onward.

I'm not fond of every month go to the management fill up the form, request for riser key and take the reading and manually calculate then when bill come I have to pay the balance or must remember I have overpaid as excess and whatsoever! Do you have a problem with THAT????

My earlier post are merely discussing UOB Payonline issue and raising awareness so that other user could be aware of it then you come and taking pple's spending and paying behaviour in your own hand.

There is no attempt and no request of payment at all. So now the problem can only fall back to UOB Payonline.
