have you checked lenovo support page for your laptop to see if they provided you the w10 compatible driver?

OK, i upgraded to W10 and finnaly roll back to W8.1 because everything become so so much slower on my Flex lol.

yeah..i have done those 2 methods above but it still failed..that's why i am referring to this forum

i think the third one should work. if not, there must be something wrong elsewhere.

i remembered someone from Microsoft community said can modify the registry to allow it install.

if still got error, mayb need to use media creation tool download the iso and use it to perform upgrade.

After updated to Win 10. Strange thing happened to my laptop. Im using HP Envy Touch Smart 15.

sometimes the keyboard is functioning fine. sometimes it just cannot type in certain app. For example, i can type in office. but i cannot type in text file or google chrome.

Anyone has this issue as well?

I have done that registry change but the problem still cannot be solved..might try to use media creation tool later

hi guys,

anyone having problem with KIS 2016? after i done do installation of win 10 and restart suddenly it went to black screen after login screen and it also make my windows lag after that (fully start all service including start up program).

and yeah i set up both pc win 10, still the same black screen and sometimes it hang. im using ver 16.0.0.614en_8233. any issue with this version?
