if upgrade to win 10 and change the proc and mobo, do i need to resintall or refresh back the win 10?

btw my win 8.1 is retail version

hi guys,

anyone having problem with KIS 2016? after i done do installation of win 10 and restart suddenly it went to black screen after login screen and it also make my windows lag after that (fully start all service including start up program).

and yeah i set up both pc win 10, still the same black screen and sometimes it hang. im using ver 16.0.0.614en_8233. any issue with this version?
