is there any error (exclamation mark) beside your network adapter icon in device manager?

have you tried to use the driver for w8.x from asus?

No exclamation mark. Yes, I backup the exe file and install it on my win10 right after reset my pc

If the installation was ok, that means the adapter works fine. Did you test the cable with other machines?

sorry , i misunderstood just now . Yes , there was exclaimation mark there ! I tried to right click and selected update driver software , but iI was told that I already have the latest driver installed.

Do yu know to disable touchpad ? I tird to press fn + f9 to disable it , but it's still working

Hmm.. it seems still unstable. Did Microsoft tell us how long we can upgrade window 10 for free?

i just upgrade it and my laptop now has got no sound, i google and found the changing default rate and driver thing but they are not working.

is there any other way?

same with me too. my laptop doesnt sleep or hibernate too. when my laptop goes to hibernate the power light doesnt goes off. just need to hard press the power button then the laptop goes off. when i press on, the laptop wakes up from the hibernate weird....

Oh. I think you might need to wait for w10 drivers if that's the case for the ethernet.

For fn key thing, install atk.

Ya, I have downloaded the latest atk from the asus website... Other fn + f x key can function... But I can't disabled the touchpad.

i think the missing link is a compatible driver for the touchpad.

one of the keys to successful upgrade is hardware compatibility. for those who have successfully upgraded without issues, most likely there were compatible drivers that can be obtained either via windows updates or manufacturers' support sites, even if there were hiccups initially.

yeah i will suggest you to wait for a bit. meanwhile, look out for user guides about your device with search engines. there might be good news.

edit: so far for laptops, i have asus g55, dell xps 15 9530, and aw18 working fine.

yea if you want can wait for a moment since it still new, maybe still buggy
just make sure you are ready for your hardware driver for windows 10, looks for the website and download

the upgrade from windows 8.1 to windows 10 is forever one right?

promotion for free upgrade from 8.1 to windows 10 is 1 year.

correct me if im wrong. cuz alot poeple say once u upgrade, ur windows 10 license only last for 1 year.
