They have confident with this project as Greenz were sold out within a week during the launch. They launched it for their asscociates on 27/9/2014. Not yet go to public. No ads or so at the moment. Starting price is from 750k before discount (9%). This project is sth like Greenz @ One South. 1050&1184sf + 249sf(porch) and private lift like cube as well.
