Sorry for a noob question but is there any broker system that can do stop loss?

Meaning after I buy the price of the stock, if it goes down, it will automatically help me sell it off, not sell it off immediately after I buy the store, sell it when it drops.

Thanks

In fact, should I sell everything now and get out from stock exchange for the time being? Currently at a 10% deficit. Sorry for the newbie questions.. Just figuring ways to get through the tough times..

My company is going to allocate some shares to me most probably next year.
I have opened a CDS account via maybank investment bank.
I would like to ask if I hold on to the shares, will there be any maintenance fee or annual fee that I have to pay if I want to hold for long term(5 years or more)?
Also, how do I transfer money to my investment account or is it taken from my savings account?

No charges to keep your stock even long term. You require to pay rm10 top open a cds account.

Transfer what money?

You meanz want to sell and get the money. You call remiser to sell for you or online click to sell ownself.
Ditto you want to buy, made sure you bank in the money.

mind to share ur company name

Hope sifu and those in the share industry can help me with this.

Attached Image

Seeing the sharp drops now and then in the past but rather regular now.

What is happening there?
Some big sellers and some big buyers doing big transactions at the start and end of the day.

Why?

Who?

Pre-arranged between buyers and sellers?

And other interesting/useful inside infor on this?

Many thanks.

hello. i want to know force sell is usually at what time? is it the same for all banks? is it remiser will call/inform us first or is it just automatically will be sold?
*
Force selling usually in the morning the day after you T+X period, price sold is at buy bid value (they wont queue). More or less same for all banks, depending on your "X" days agreement.

Usually remiser/broker will inform you day before T+X for you to settle your outstanding. If already enter force sell, the bank will automatically do it and then only inform you amount of shares sold at what price (via contract note), they will sell just enough to cover your outstanding (After minus cash at account).

Ur CDS is Direct cash type or Nominee CDS?(Not mistake margin type has different broker fee)

Call your remiser to ask the rate. Im not accurate..becoz i buy and keep freezer type.

Those play short will calc precise buy and sell to made profit therefore the lowest the better.

If you ask remiser to buy/sell for you their Broker fee is standard 0.42%.

You buy thru online therefore is 0.1% or min rm8.(Direct CDS cash type and nominee Cds).

FYI i whack vmad.gif remiser when he said i write mine address wrong..more like they see wrong and key wrong.

They Deserve mine whakc they push their mistake to client.

I'm confused by the T in market cap. How many zeroes that represent?

Example, Why market cap 2T, But price 2.9MYR, with roughly 750M stocks outstanding.

I thought it's roughly 2 Billion multiplying 2.9 with 750M? not Trillion right?

Hi,

I have put some money into saving plan and unit trust early this year. Now i manage to save another sum of $$, planning to invest in stock market (learning as well). 1 of my friend use2 told me that's some stock which actually generate profit steadily, but low return, i think it's, or something like blue chip in unit trust? I would like to start learning with this steady stocks but he went to US so i cant really get guide from him anymore. So where could i actually start doing this? i mean with proper guide instead of playing nonsense around myself.

You can learn with EquitiesTracker. I am a student under their program.
I do not earn a single commission from you nor the company.

But I do think this is a program you need. I have invested last year with ChartNexus, then only I found out EquitiesTracker.Com.
Among the two, I find EquitiesTracker give me peace of mind while investing. In short, I learnt Value Investing.

All the best, bro happy.gif
