that is why I say ppl who intend to stay goodview need to have patient to wait for developments/ rich enough to travel tolls to eat at sg long/BMC or alternatively, eat at kajang town an/or Semenyih temporarily, once out is tolls, need to take U turn by twin palms to go bek semenyih, mind as well go sg long to eat..

btw there will be by pass to saujana

then...like that not so convenient...not only jam to kl, but not convenient during weekend when wan go out makan makan...need travel to kajang eat non chinese food, or semenyih ULU place eact chinese pork, if wan neaer, sg long, need pay toll...what kind of location is that?

Sg long itself has pretty bad access, thanks to the developer(s) ( SHL is one of them ) not planning the accesses in a big way.

There should be a link to exit sg long into balakong via Silk highway. They could have piggyback on the same road which enters sg long from the silk ( ie make it 2-way ).

ya..SHL should make a large access road all the way from cheras kajang highway to sg long, now the access road is too narrow and some part of the road are getting anrrower until all the cars will start to jam at the traffic junction...

good responsible shoudl be like SP Setia...look at setia alam, huge access road witl multiple lanes access to setia alam, with nice decorative signboard...now on setia eco hill at ULU semenyih, got direct access road to highway, and very nice entrance point with newly built traffic light with countdown timer from semenyih old town to setia eco hill..

this is something which SHL will never do..look at good view heights...should built a direct link road to good view heights, instead of ask ppl to drive all the way to to lekas highway and make a big U turn then only can access....

true. i agreed yr words. location & access road wise really not so convenient at all. looks like in the middle of surrounding mountain. i wonder need to wait how long for their further development.

one more thing need to pay attention...good view heights surrounded by mountains, rock mountains...

so in future if there is any development at this area, the developer sure need to do rock blasting activity...guess what? this is going to impact on the existing houses at good view heights, will start to see the wall crack, house foundation sink, due to rock blasting activity.

ask any sungai long/mahkota early owners, their houses most experience the wall crack issue when SHL doing some rock blasting activity further inside sg long.

this is something bear bear wong will never tell you... tongue.gif

bbw. Yau mou gau cho oh? Middle n high class niche neighbours not afford to pay toll to go eat? What kind of buyers is this? Lower to middle fully stretched buyers lar. After buy, not sure your afford to pay the monthly maintenance fee or not if toll is a burden.

puncak saujana and taman jelok impian areas a lot of rock blasting... but SHL projects in Sg long also suffer the same.. really no idea, at most it happen in palm walk 3 areas?

niche buyers then why not buy house near klcc? You say this project and semenyih is ulu mah, need to spend 2.5 hours every day in jam, you thought this niche buyer will buy for own stay meh? brows.gif brows.gif

Look at twin palm, the developer building a tunnel for the residents.

SHL should knew this long time ago, but they just too stingy to do the infra, just want to reap the maximum profit... doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif
