Vs tropicana kajang.. SHL promo team is not as good sp setia and other giants..

had this project been under giants developer wings.. and built it 70% highly likely will be priced like avens @ southville bangi or higher..

SHL projects in sg long sucess really amusing.. maybeI dont notice enough others.. lion group too.. while this choon tian with their high rise mid end quality type..

Big boys are more famous like setia alam.. name it self costly.. mah sing too... are often whack wherever it goes

then what is your recommendations? normally 7xx k are used by agents to show the price are nearing 800k good view just 728k and 738k

the cracked if any would be crack plastering rather than walls.. if kind enough please show us, buyers also want to know

potential buyers can go to view the actual unit at good view heights...

i showed it when i visited there to the SHL sales representative at there..they told me is common because use red bricks...haha

Bbw, what makes you think we should buy now instead of waiting? There are plenty subsales at better location n lower price like cheras mahkota.

Believe there is a large group of flippers bought for quick flip. If quick flip is no longer possible, this group of over stretched flippers will almost certain tip over and start the snow balling effect.

plenty of subsales at TTDI kajang also..6xxk plus only...nearby good view heights..but access better. can go eat and shopping tesco easilly..

eh..wait..but bear said TTDI kajang is ghost town, nobody buy o.......oversupply o...why nearby good view height sell at 7xxk , bear say is good buy......ooooo i know.bear is the sales representive for good view heights..mahu cari commision to pay rental for bear's maluri low cost flat...

Called up the sales office again and they told me 22 x 75 all gone, left 22 x 80 which is 798k.

i think houses on top of mountain is a very good feng sui? Very windy and near to forest reserve. Landscape is comfortable with many palm trees at the main round about. Access wise you need to make a u-turn if you come from Aeon Cheras (not so ideal, take you additional 4-5 mins).

No doubt this is smaller scale compare with Semenyih taikor, but this is quite niche.

However i want to comment the design of carporch is stupid because they go and put two (2) pillars within the 22' wide area, so left may be 19' for your carpark.

good observation, that is wasting space for parking, cant have 2 SUV's/pajero

hmm on the way back, you can take cheras kajang highway passing by TTDI kajang then take the ramp to sg long no need to turn, but need to use Cheras kajang highway..

Bear, this is same route go to semenyih Ulu place leh, drive another 5-10 min from good view heights can reach semenyih ulu place....so this good view heights not Ulu place? this route very jam leh, easilly spent 2 hours like what you said? can accept?

though you said TTDI kajang is ghost town..nobody want to take? and this area also non chinese area, how? susah nak makan chinese food, if wan, need pay toll to sungai long to eat, or jam to sungai long to eat, or need go to semeyih Ulu town to eat chinese food, nearer tesco is tesco kajang and tesco semenyih, 7km-10km distance...wah..not very convinient leh...all need to drive at least 15 min to eat chinese pork and grocery leh...
