they want you to go over and see..

it is pricey bit, MOT and S&P free, loan and loans stamp duty not included.

handover by May 2015

by then , 2nd phase will be launched

Too remote.

Landed development scale too small, is not a township.

Road access limited. From what I can see the road access cannot be directly accessed from silk highway. It has be accessed from the inner road.

By the way I just noticed something.

The sales literature says the SPA falls under Schedule I, which by definition it's a build-then-sell.

If it is the "normal" SPA, it is schedule G.

This is very small scale development, more like a taman in the middle of mountains

Unlike nearby development by sp setia and eco world with large scale and detail development consiti of landed and commercial...buyers are not stupid, ppl see the future for the township...

Good view heights is just a typical SHL small scale
taman project which not in real sg long location but near to semenyih actually

What's ur view of the justification of RM 728k for a 22x75 linked house?

180 acres... mini township perhaps.. not far ftom adjacent township.. but given goodview and twin palms number of development.. township is sure to come

I thought that location almost same with saujana and ttdi kajang ? Small scale township I think is good for own stay Like bukit segar perdana , Not like bmc . Sick with the commercial environment everyday see many foreigner worker fighting , local gang fighting , illegal rubbish dump site every where ..
Just inconvinient access from kl and public transport issue I think . But future maybe more development coming up along the silk highway then there might open a nearerst u turn ?

The sales have to emphasis or expand the value on it.

You know, it's like the hypermarket kind of thing. Nobody is excited about small sundry shop. Everybody is talking about hypermarket and mega mall.

Bit old boys view.. old subsales are climbing above 600k.. without free legal fees and stamp duty.. some may not get valuation thou..

most built ups of older dsl are 20 x70... 20x 65.. real older ones like connaught.. tmn seputeh.. tmn desa old dsl bukit segar are largest..

Moreover.. the community mostly here are very niche looking at middle class to upper areas due to price entry..

built up comes with 4 rooms plus 1 maid room with 5 toilets for all units.. signoficantly enough to hold family for 2 generation.. upper floors with living room with most 20x65 does not have.. still rooms for extension front and back..wider roads with ability to park 2 withinvicinity .. and 2 more outside before tar roads..red bricks signature..

Yup it is confined too... BMC is mature areas.. the commercial activity there too good to be true
