There should be a link to exit sg long into balakong via Silk highway. They could have piggyback on the same road which enters sg long from the silk ( ie make it 2-way ).

i am merely suggesting one of the projects of quality living and own stay... the low density, designed, location countryside alive yet still enjoying city convenience capture the feel of living in it..

the projects is 180 acres, there are mixed developments, high rise , landed, commercial but again it is niche enough to cover population

however, if they merge puncak saujana, twin palms it will be better but will sacrifice exclusiveness..

Wah, ttdi kajang is ghost town as said by bear, good view heights is best for rich ppl to own stay...so later kajang prison break, the prisoners will attack good view heights 1st lo...since good view heights is the best place to stay for rich ppl....no security feel anymore...still good buy?

The scale is directly from google map woh, so you say google map is wrong ah.

Where gt enjoy city convenience feel at good view heights? So near to semenyih ULU place....go where also jam jam jam and pay toll....

Come on, SHL project built in the middle of rubbish dumping area, bear also will say is good location, easy to throw rubbish and got eco feel...haha

Are u sure got high rise ah? That one just low cost apartment in good view heights....u sell ur project also dun knw ah? Or purposely wan to give fake info to con buyers.... tongue.gif

quality living? everyday jam 5 hours (to and fro) from KLCC considered quality living ah? this is tortured living woh, no?

location is countryside, city convenience is 10 - 15km away, how to enjoy? brows.gif brows.gif

Some more is a mix area, like you say one, many malais, only low income earner will stay one..

Those upper middle group sure won't stay in this area mah, only buy this for flipping loh, no? brows.gif brows.gif

kajang prisoners may target the nearest towns like TTDI kot , good view is on top of the hill, really climb up? and passby all housing estates to reach goodview?

wah... low cost... with such a small township, those low cost sure very very close to the dsl houses... low cost people stay at high floor, dsl residents sure troublesome, no privacy at all... doh.gif doh.gif

go check the google map, if you can show these incinerator and nirvana memorial park is less than 7km from SEH / EM, I belanja you makan oink oink soup noodle in Pelangi Semenyih shoplot... brows.gif brows.gif

TTDI ghost town mah, no people stay there, sure they target those buyers in remote area mah, goodview on the hill mah, more remote and easy to hide loh... some more purchaser can buy 728k house woh, sure more attractive for them... brows.gif brows.gif

ya agree not less than 7km .. i also know semenyih got few factories emitting smells, well not bashing, environmental issue and health issue, get help from gov agencies to clear it off, better when SEH is under con can pressure big boys to talk..
