Please find MR Wong a.k.a bear bear wong when u visit good view heights sales office/show unit...he is the worst performence sales guy at there, kindly show mercy to him....


Pay attention to the serious wall crack on the show unit..

This is very small scale development, more like a taman in the middle of mountains

Unlike nearby development by sp setia and eco world with large scale and detail development consiti of landed and commercial...buyers are not stupid, ppl see the future for the township...

Good view heights is just a typical SHL small scale
taman project which not in real sg long location but near to semenyih actually

i showed it when i visited there to the SHL sales representative at there..they told me is common because use red bricks...haha

plenty of subsales at TTDI kajang also..6xxk plus only...nearby good view heights..but access better. can go eat and shopping tesco easilly..

eh..wait..but bear said TTDI kajang is ghost town, nobody buy o.......oversupply o...why nearby good view height sell at 7xxk , bear say is good buy......ooooo i know.bear is the sales representive for good view heights..mahu cari commision to pay rental for bear's maluri low cost flat...

Bear, this is same route go to semenyih Ulu place leh, drive another 5-10 min from good view heights can reach semenyih ulu place....so this good view heights not Ulu place? this route very jam leh, easilly spent 2 hours like what you said? can accept?

though you said TTDI kajang is ghost town..nobody want to take? and this area also non chinese area, how? susah nak makan chinese food, if wan, need pay toll to sungai long to eat, or jam to sungai long to eat, or need go to semeyih Ulu town to eat chinese food, nearer tesco is tesco kajang and tesco semenyih, 7km-10km distance...wah..not very convinient leh...all need to drive at least 15 min to eat chinese pork and grocery leh...

ya..SHL should make a large access road all the way from cheras kajang highway to sg long, now the access road is too narrow and some part of the road are getting anrrower until all the cars will start to jam at the traffic junction...

good responsible shoudl be like SP Setia...look at setia alam, huge access road witl multiple lanes access to setia alam, with nice decorative signboard...now on setia eco hill at ULU semenyih, got direct access road to highway, and very nice entrance point with newly built traffic light with countdown timer from semenyih old town to setia eco hill..

this is something which SHL will never do..look at good view heights...should built a direct link road to good view heights, instead of ask ppl to drive all the way to to lekas highway and make a big U turn then only can access....

one more thing need to pay attention...good view heights surrounded by mountains, rock mountains...

so in future if there is any development at this area, the developer sure need to do rock blasting activity...guess what? this is going to impact on the existing houses at good view heights, will start to see the wall crack, house foundation sink, due to rock blasting activity.

ask any sungai long/mahkota early owners, their houses most experience the wall crack issue when SHL doing some rock blasting activity further inside sg long.

this is something bear bear wong will never tell you... tongue.gif

Wah, ttdi kajang is ghost town as said by bear, good view heights is best for rich ppl to own stay...so later kajang prison break, the prisoners will attack good view heights 1st lo...since good view heights is the best place to stay for rich ppl....no security feel anymore...still good buy?
