Agreed! Look at SPS and EW (with same DNA as SPS), infrastructure and easy access are always their main considerations!

No lock in period is not uncommon nowadays for conventional loan.
RPGT - I believe the clock also starts from the date signing the SPA for BTS.

I did a search after I posted the query...

Under the 3rd Schedule of the Schedule I, it's stipulated that the schedule of payment of the purchase price is as such:

1) 10% immediately upon the signing of the SPA
2) 90% within 21 working days after the receipt by the purchaser of the vendor's written notice of delivery of VP supported by the CCC

The only reason BBW promotes this property kao kao but not being an owner and sales agent is he himself / his gf is the appointed lawyer / legal firm to handle the SPA? The more people buy, the more biz & $$$ to him / his gf.

BBW is a lawyer - kidding me!?
