Passby this site jus now n was shocked at HOW LOUSY this LOCATION is n dare to even compare with Tropicana garden.. Beside is a big switchgear, opposite is really low cost flat, surrounding all factory (NOT MNC) n more factories coming up...

This one location worse than I Residence beside Segi.. Sibeh lousy location n FAIL MALL in the making.. 700-800psf here is rubbish..

I know someone joint venture with other friends purchased some retail lots both 5 and 3 storey at 40-50% off, huge discount, but get 80% loan, profit upfront.

He said this development is surround by 5 star college, 5 star shopping mall, walking distance to MRT, 5 star factory, and next to 5 star golf course, and over 1000 soho and apartments above the retial lots, its gonna be future "hit' place where everybody will go there to drink, dine, wine and chilax etc etc.

He is paid to say nice words and always organize some kind of "motivation" talk and get those young ones to buy this development.

These people make money, but the rest will get burnt badly.

Buyers have to know "close to MRT Station" and "close to MRT Track" are two different things. Nevertheless, suburbs with MRT still able to appreciate, on general basis.

Compare to Tropicana Gardens.
