Claimed same road with tropicana garden but half the price of TG's rm1400psf. But then harlo...even the block C recently managed to clear stocks after heavy disc of 20+% so psf actually only 1kpsf...mana ada 1.4kpsf. BS la. Misleading kind of comparison.

Based on current retail malls nearby kd and sd....this mall at emporis is just super wrong decision by developer. It will not work here. If the pricing is included the mall usp..then good luck. No way ppls ll walk from mrt from segi except foreign labour. Emporis is likely to be doomed. Dont get all bbb mood when launched. This is loc is too deep to sell 700psf n above.

Thats why bank EF ll just pass as long as it meet all their criteria and surround market price is there. I couldnt help but sad that this question was raise to relate with viability of mall n cap appreciation of the projs. It shows prop buyers or agents need more education.

Those follow to BBB the leftover units of summer suites (all the big size units) were crying...till all small units in the building rented out n still they rely heavily on airbnb play. Heard many of these followers were not happy. Well, no one to blame. Just need to do more homeworks n ignore those flashy cars n big wet dreams to be living in high life in short period. Get real. The persons who arranged the deal get risk free profits..those follow are not, thats why ppls can talk about having capital free investment...just be aware.

The location is terrible.....not walkable to mrt...def not msian tolerance condition n distance...wonder he know wat he is doing...emmmm...i mean the sign of his fingers la kaka....pls show that in UK...lol.

the concern is his followers all showoff in fb of signing spa n asking for partner to buy buy buy with ltv90 n non stop smart financing...when u start at the wrong footing then prop investment will be a very dangerous act to do. but they are bald n brave...n most importantly they live the life now with flashy cars and feel prop typhoon like their sifu. worst all whavk emporis...if u are savvy prop investor..u jus need to visit the site once then u know whether it can or cannot make it. to me, if bank can still lend u money nowadays means u are boleh to buy..of course proper submission with no trick. bank is strict nowadays...so u are in good hand if u can still borrow..why not. again not beat system type of act.
