I don't think non-bumi can buy via online. It's already sold-out. I'm sure tomorrow, the money would be return back into the forummer maybank account nod.gif

Today, desperto here got

AS1M 1K
ASM 100
ASW 100

Asked to open new account 3 times in the last 48 hrs and got the famous "Not possible" reply.

Any one with better strikes?

Cheerio.

P/S From my strike rate, this AS1M dividend sale is not as good (in fact, a lot poorer) as last month's ASW. Anyone with similar observation? Or is it just me?

congrats rclxms.gif

forummer daniellee80 managed to open new AS1M account with rm100. Still don't know where he open it hmm.gif

I think this time not many people withdraw their dividend or many non-bumi don't have AS1M account (because of the famous "4% p.a dividend only" rumour) hmm.gif

Actually the rumour old one. It started when AS1M launched in year 2009. AS1M is benchmarked against the Malaysian Government Securities average 5-year yield which give between 3.7 and 4 per cent.

Because of this statement, people knowingly or unknowingly twisted and summarized the said statement to simply laymen term "AS1M gives 4%". The key words "benchmarked against" got dropped out as words spreading out nod.gif
