i call up agent ,she told me subscribe new plan then terminate the old one (unifi) RM179>RM139

just did this in TM point, streamyx 4mbps upgraded to 8mbps @rm89 with 2 years contract.

im still paying RM138 with GST 4M speed.

Not an upgrade actually because i’m using 8mbps for the past 4 years already. It’s new registration and if installation is successfull, i’ll terminate the existing account.

im using 4mbps rm110(after discount rm30 monthly from they last time offer me), i didnt ask much detail just direct told them i want to upgrade to rm89 8mbps plan. i think same as current 8mbps normal plan, with hypp TV set up box and free call for fixed line. you can try go TM point ask them upgrade for you.

What is your current price for 4MBPS.. i am on 4MBPS under BB deal at RM140, not allow to upgrade as upgrade only applicable for price is higher then older package.

I am using RM88 jimat plan for 4mbps, just add rm1 to get 8mbps, just would like to confirm is my area support 8mbps...will visit tmpoint soon.

my current price is 4mbps rm110(with GST rm116), the tm stuff accept my upgrade request and take my thumbprint ask me give IC then fill the registration form for me. i think your tm stuff is dumb, try other tm point lol.

I'm at tm point now. They said the owner need to be there for thumbprint. Is under my father's name,and he is not free

The RM89, 8mbps package is for new installation only.
1) item that include in this package, hiptv, phone, modem
2) no local free call, if u want can add RM10 everym month.

im currently using 4m RM130 package, right now there is not upgrade or downgrade option for my package. because the RM89 is only for new installation, so what i did was terminate my current service and apply the new one.

tomorrow they will come to my house to setup everything with extra RM30 charge. * which is stupid, because i can setup by my own.

hmm really? but TM got written "Unlimited free call to TM fixed lines" on their promo plan.

Same ship here, eventho already have unifi many years back since its first started but not changing and still waiting for a affordable price plan.
Asked TM live chat, they say no 8Mbps for me but have unifi whilst using the same wiring. (my premise is building so will only get VDSL)
