Apply for new tel + streamyx.
Then cancel the old number and get the new number changed to old number.

but to people who at 4mbs@rm88 plan better dont upgrade as u wont able to revert/get back those plan

TM installer will bring hypptv set-top-box to install?

Right now 4m is RM88?
then why the hell am i paying RM130 per month for 4m speed.
both path is not an idea path, TM usually cuck the user.
i dont think unifi will be available after 2 years in my area.
right now they only make ia available in certain area.
after 2 years they will continue to suck ur hard earn money with the same speed.
once u go for faster speed u will never look back. this is their plan, it's a trap

i suspect they put note after 2 yrs back to normal price is to threaten existing low price customers, so that they takut go 8mb; bcos if they go 8mb, tm actually getting not thing.

i am thinking to go 8mb, in consideration now. just i want save the rm100 from hpyytv.

that's the question, i think they will not change price after 2yrs (from unicool experience). even it change back to rm160 month after 2 yrs, you can do this:

unhappy path:
- terminate again and subscribe again rm89/month package
- let say NO MORE 8mb rm89/mth offer after 2 yrs, surely the 4mb rm88 still will be there -> new subscribe 4mb rm88/mth (just have new contract 2yrs) ->back to your old time

happy path:
- after 2yrs, they never change to rm160/mth, continue use as it
- after 2yrs  let say NO MORE 8mb rm89/mth offer after 2 yrs, 4mb rm88 still there or newer better package or unifi already present at your area.

thanks to 2 guys from Streamyx 8MB thread informed these (every time open new streamyx will imposed cost below)
- stamp duty rm10 new subscribe; change number rm20
- cable existed, installation charge only rm35 instead rm50
- then you get new modem, phone, hpptv (default for 8MB- rm100 installation 1 time deal)

hi jimlim007, are you still using unicool package? I believe should be jimat hebat package now, as all unicool package auto convert to jimat hebat package.

For the unhappy path, why so sure there will be rm88 for 4mb package? I thought application for jimat hebat already closed? If closed still can revert? 

Probably he mean regular 4mbps @ RM88 package in 2 years later.

hi Victor. probably means maybe yes maybe no? wow.. then this is a tough choice to make. I am 4mb rm88 jimat hebat user (upgrade from cool unipack). Not sure I should take the risk or not. 

Whats the charges for ? RM30 for HyppTV installation ? RM50 for ?
