Is it normal for my data rate at only 1500+ kbps?
My monthly package is 4mbps

Not normal. Does your dsl splitter have problem?
Try do a direct connection bypassing the splitter.
Attenuation is way too high.

I'm surprised that a lot people got reduced downstream coz i thought i am the only one. Btw, anything wrong with the SNR margin and attenuation? Dunno how to read.

Ur snr & attenuation looks good..
Ur download is capped at 2mb..

If u r on streamyx 4mb then better call TM to reconfigure ur port..

that's bad, your snr is just too low and the high attenuation. Try reconnect the cable, open the splitter box and clean any oxidized connection, test is directly to the modem and so on.

I just got offered upgrade 1MB to 4MB today... 2017 duh.

Ask for 8MB they say tak support

Can you tell how much was your 1M package and how much for the 4M package? Is there contract renewal?

RM 130.00

Old packages RM 110.00 and new RM 130.00 and have 1 year contract. If I want terminate or downgrade within 1 year need pay denda RM 350.00

Looks like that is the new price. So any 4M users now paying RM140 should try to get it reduced to RM130.

After finish contract i think can fight for that price or lower.

Compare to those who got RM88-4Mbps package RM130 is still too much.

its depend on your IP also. If you get bad IP, restart your modem
