Ok. Go to the page again, and press CTRL + F together and type in "IPV6". It should hightlight the wprd for you. Well, W3410N is not new at all. Try harder and you can do it.

call them to check if they have already configured your account to 4mpbs or not. Their technician need to change your jumper to 4 or 5mbps at dslam too.

they already upgraded your account to 4mbps, but you still using the old port thats why you getting 1.5mbps~1.6mbps, now you just have to wait they change you port to 4mbps. just call them after week still getting same.

so somebody hav to do something and that's the part missing...

anyway, don't think that the charges start when they change the port...that's what i don't like...i lose few days...

tm support so lousy, for disable ipv6 just refer to the below instruction.

log in to your modem web interface, and check the adsl status to see whether they has upgrade the port speed.

else it is relate to your account.

2mb streamyx here

i think my modem rosak already,often dc and always high ping,especially when it raining or night,turn my wifi off solve high ping problem,but it not dc problem
call tm,tech come said nothing wrong,and i should try change modem


i know nothing about modem lol which 1 should i buy as replacement

TM called me and confirm will upgrade to RM140 package for 8mbps, they will add RM20 discount to my account. So my existing two years contract will be terminated and renewed for one year contract starting today. She claimed that the RM20 discount will be forever.
