Does anybody facing the problem of slow buffering on Youtube at 9pm - 11pm? I'm now guessing that TMnut is start to force their customer to upgrade the new package. My line is good and stable for 3 years something, but in this year...I felt something abnormal with my internet although i made a lot of complain, it still the same. In this 3 years, whenever the weather is raining or not, i will not get disconnect and my phone's "tone" is stable, i never face any problem but this year...TMnut is started to troll me.

Hey I'm facing the same issue. My YouTube speeds have slowed down significantly in the last two months. it used to be much faster. As a matter of fact, my internet speed has slowed down a lot, especially from evening onwards. Unfortunately, I have no solution. (I'm also 4Mbps streamyx user)

Waa.many complaint ar...
I experienced slow connection since last 2 month..i thought my modem get jerk or something,then i change the other modem...n d problem still persist........
I played clash of kings..n the game so laggy worse than dial up.....although i hd subscribed 4mb strymx......never complain yet....but gonna monitor it couple of days....see how it goes...

same here...never had problem wiht streamyx until recent 1 month. slow at night. most of the times cant even stream iflix without constant pause for buffering.

some said received call from TM offer to upgrade from 1Mbps to 4Mbps with just RM120 per month, if i never receive this call but hope to grab this offer, can i call streamyx to request? Anyone experience? My 1mbps line is killing me

NEW DNS INFRASTRUCTURE FOR TM BROADBAND SERVICES

Telekom Malaysia Berhad wishes to inform that as part of its continuous effort to enhance its customer experience, we have upgraded our Domain Name System (DNS) infrastructure for our broadband services. This activity was applied automatically and does not require any configuration on the customer's side.
However, if you have modified the DNS setting of your modem, Residential Gateway (RG) or any other related device, please set the setting to "auto-assign" to be serviced by the upgraded DNS.
Please be informed that following this exercise, TM will decommission its previous DNS with IP address 202.188.1.5 in stages starting from September 2015 until November 2015. Customers who have manually set their DNS to this DNS may face difficulty in accessing the Internet. Therefore, we would like to advise our customers to set your DNS setting to "auto-assign" to ensure uninterrupted experience.
