May be there are old house still sell around 500k or lower. There is either no more or very little sizable land left for this area to build landed property.....unless the developer go to the opposite side, ie. Kota Bayuemas or bdr bestari. There are still sizable land available opposite bbt. Even then the opposite side is not really that cheap and bdr parkland already fully developed.

I frequent visiting paradigm mall which is also build by same developer. They are also one of contractor for KLIA2....look like very dangerous to catch airasia flight....
