2 year ago bdr botanic Akasia 20 x70 with bu 1800 sold at 500k....sometime this year it go up to 570k. May be there are old house still sell around 500k or lower.

There is either no more or very little sizable land left for this area to build landed property.....unless the developer go to the opposite side, ie. Kota Bayuemas or bdr bestari. There are still sizable land available opposite bbt. Even then the opposite side is not really that cheap and bdr parkland already fully developed.
*
Kota bayuemas next launch, heard from min RM650k

That time bdr botanic can't link to bbt , price stagnant for many years

No all the propety investors came to lowyat especially those real busy businessman.

In fact I think lowyat has no much influence on the property prices.
*
in fact, a lot of real busy businessman not time to surf and comment in lowyat.
They just believe in their faith, as heard too many comment will make them confuse.

Could be Sazean developement by I&P.

Now very quite. Construction activity halted. Waiting for joint venture to bring in cash.
*
Sazean is developer while I&P is another developer, both are different
