Both blocks are very close to each other. Ur view will only be facing the other block.

Anyway heard landmark is a top hotspot for many boba tea shops. Sibeh happening now

Commercial shops in prime areas here should be a great bet.

Wait till other developer move in and do better.
they are crooks once build where got good material and maintenance?
They will never look out for the clients interest only looking out for their own pockets.

Not anymore, impacted by lot supplies. Room rental, FF, airbnb all came down from last time high
