aeon bkt tinggi workmanship got problems..the tiles cracked due to a variety of reasons...

2 rooms how much psf ah

btw, thread starter plz advice us forumers on why wct plans to build another hotel..

Premieres occupancy rate dropped last year and is below industry average..

super overpriced..cant even stomach the prices..
why wouldn't someone buy an existing botanic terrace for 500k? This condo hardly looks luxurious.. looks very densed and crowded..

Still super overpriced.. can get terrace in Botanic/Bkt tinggi for 500k ish...

Teiksingw, if WCT is good,

1. AEON Bkt Tinggi won't be cracking from one end to the other
2. KLIA 2 wouldn't have so many problems
3. Bkt Tinggi houses don't look as good as botanic after awhile. Other than commercial, residential component in Bkt Tinggi lacks the nice feeling.

I know cos I live around there!

what about the tiles that crack in the mall.. they always cordon off parts of the mall.. It was pretty evident 1-3 years back

the crowd there was quite BBB.. although not like Eko Cheras la.. a lot of klang people went n a few bought..

they should build a sub line connecting setia alam to serve the meru community to the i city station cos botanic bukit tinggi side d catchment is in the hundreds of thousands..
