Pasang lang common perception is that bdr botanic workmanship is better than Wct bbt 1&2. Price also higher.

WCT workmanship is not as good as gamuda but it does not means it is bad developers....it is just not as good in terms of workmanship.
WCT is the major contributor to bring BBT from nothing to what it is today especially on the commercial development....issues now is the pricing of their product is too high. |
