2 year ago bdr botanic Akasia 20 x70 with bu 1800 sold at 500k....sometime this year it go up to 570k. May be there are old house still sell around 500k or lower.

There is either no more or very little sizable land left for this area to build landed property.....unless the developer go to the opposite side, ie. Kota Bayuemas or bdr bestari. There are still sizable land available opposite bbt. Even then the opposite side is not really that cheap and bdr parkland already fully developed.

WCT workmanship is not as good as gamuda but it does not means it is bad developers....it is just not as good in terms of workmanship.

WCT is the major contributor to bring BBT from nothing to what it is today especially on the commercial development....issues now is the pricing of their product is too high.

You bought what size unit?....is the lrt confirm?....why you can book before 13 sept?
