I think those who bought would have to consider to pay gst 6% which will implement nxt yr.
Correct me if i am wrong?

If S&P sign this year, no need to pay 6% GST. But developer will have to absorb the 6% GST increases in the supplies.....

Hi All, I was there and people is queing up since the day before overnite to buy the units it was sold out at the very day itself for the 853sqft and the 1066sqft only left limited units for the 1316sqft only on the first day itself. Selling like hot cakes. The Lead residence alot of Klang people was there buying for own stay and their children. Is one of the kind concept where there have residence, coporate office, shopping mall, retail, and also hotel all in one development linking to each other. Is quite an interesting project and also there is the LRT extension project also for the future. I used to drive from BBT2 to BBT1 area and saw the Setiaangle signboard on left hand side just right in front big water storage tanks (after Aeon). Now, I don't see it anymore instead I saw the Lead Residence sign board and the show gallery. Does it means that SP Setia abandoned the Setiangle project and sold the land to WCT?
