Yes. Facing Aeon.

The show gallery is beside the BBT 2 Aeon....where Paparich is located. Drive from BBT2 to BBT1 should be able to seen it...it is in your left hand side after Aeon alone Jln Langat.

Soft land no an issue. It s more than 8 yrs, no more settlement. Beside high rise building depend on the pile load design.

before buy, drive a trip to there and see by your own eyes.
hopefully lead residence can evade from the same fate like aeon BT lo..

Soft land?.....any source?.....my company is building second block......wholesale mall nearby....so far no trouble with geology dept.

I think still available, but most would like to get their hands on the smaller (more affordable) units, looking at how all those been grabbed on the first day itself during the first block launch.

think got 3 types :-

853sf = 505k sold out
1066sf = 676k onward
1315sf = >700+ onward

upside limited if for investment. prefer landed.

LRT3 track is not yet confirmed.

Hope they don't realign the LRT track to Setia Alam instead. Finger cross. biggrin.gif

they should build a sub line connecting setia alam to serve the meru community to the i city station cos botanic bukit tinggi side d catchment is in the hundreds of thousands..
